Wild Venison Bresaola
Our wild venison bresaola is cured in sea salt and air dried. It’s unsmoked but with the addition of some aromatic woody spices just like a traditional bresaola.
Made with wild venison, European sea salt, garlic, rosemary, bay, juniper and a little muscovado sugar
Serve with a splash of good olive oil, or cream cheese or put it in a sandwich with salad leaves and mayonnaise
