Our finest wild venison biltong, not hard, not soft, just chompable.
Cuts of fillet of wild roe, cured in European sea salt, marinated in UK apple balsamic vinegar then dried with coriander and black pepper. A classic. Yieldingly fresh.
Buy loose per half kilo, or per kilo or individually wrapped (min 35g).
This product is best stored in fridge.
