Traditional pork nduja 

Made from free-range rare breed pork, with smoked paprika and chilli

Classic pork goodness and about 50% finest lard which melts with salami depth and funk onto pizzas, toast with honey, into sauces, with fried eggs, over chicken breasts, in a toasted cheese sandwich, what did we do before nduja?  Twist the skin back up tight and your nduja will be good for nearly 2 months in the fridge
