Shipping Conditions
Orders placed Mondays to Thursdays by 1pm will be with you in about 48 hours. Orders placed after 1pm on Thursday will be sent on the following Monday and delivered the next working day.
We will notify you of your expected delivery, all parcels are tracked for you to monitor and check delivery and you will receive a tracking notification by email or SMS
Delays beyond our reasonable control – We are sorry but we cannot be held responsible for all delays. We will always do our best to get your orders to you at the promised delivery time but in some sometimes delivery can take longer.
All chilled charcuterie is sent in insulated, recyclable, compostable packaging with disposable ice gel packs so it will be 100% OK for 48 hours transit.
In the unfortunate event where it takes longer than 48 hours to be delivered the chilled charcuterie will be fully refunded but not the salami or other ambient stable products. Please let us know about a late delivery immediately
Wild Game – shot and bone
All our game products are shot in the wild and while we do our best to remove any fragments there is still a (very small) chance that some might remain, please be aware and do not buy if you are at all concerned
