Made from free-range rare breed pork, with smoked paprika and chilli
Same as our original pork nduja just in a mini size, instead of 250g it is 125 g
Classic pork goodness and about 50% finest lard which melts with salami depth and funk onto pizzas, toasted onto sour-dough toast with honey, into sauces, with fried eggs, over chicken breasts, in a toasted cheese sandwich, what did we do before nduja? Twist the skin back up tight and your nduja will be good for 2 months in the fridge
